We replaced our flooring 2 years ago. I did 90% of the job in the main area I a single day. This involved ripping up the carpet and linoleum, pulling up the staples. Then I put down vinyl plank flooring that resembles reclaimed barn boards. The second afternoon I did the small recess where the step is to enter, and the very small cove molding to give everything a finished look.
The tools used were a pair of pliers to pull staples,a sharp razor knife to cut the carpet and vinyl planks, a straight edge, a hammer and nail set. Really one of the easier jobs to do to an RV.
