Yes, you could use the circuit for the microwave. You would have to change the circuit wiring in the load center to operate off the microwave circuit.
An alternative is to add a second transfer switch into the load center, this additional transfer switch would power up the refrigerator receptacle's circuit.
Finally, using an extension cord to power the fridge may be the easiest solution.
It was designed not to have ac power at the fridge when in inverter mode since no one would want to run a 2-way gas/elc fridge on electric.
