I will make it easy. There is no difference save possibly quality and one other.
When I replaced mine (Standard home type from Lowes) there were some difference in design and operation (Same as any change of brand) This means the operation took just a bit of getting used to (Both are single handle designs with a pull out sprayer/normal head, not a separate sprayer)
The only PROBLEM was with the plumbing.. On teh original both hot and cold lines were the same length, the same length as the COLD line on the new one
On the new one the HOT lead was shorter, I had to go get a bit of hose to adapt to it,, Not a problem really.
