Replacing starter rope on eu1000i Honda Gen
I need to replace the starter rope on my eu 1000 Honda. Anyone done the job, or know how difficult it mite be ? I can't find it on U-tube. Rich

And they accuse me of smart assed uneducated answers. Difference is, I can take them, and even answer back w/ a little more civil answers.
1st, I have no idea how (other than factory defect) the rope got (severely) damaged about 1/2 way out,.....it should not have happened.
2nd, As most of us can figure out, solar doesn't work very good where ya can't depend on the sun shining at least 1/2 the day,.....like here on the coast in N. Bend. It works great in S Cal,....AZ. So yes, I rely heavily on my little Honda.
