Resettable Amp Hours Transaction Meter?

  • Don't need or want voltage display
  • Don't need or want Peukert conversion
  • Nor selectable menu options
  • Want LCD or LED meter that displays ampere hours transactions
  • Reset to zero with a push of a button

My abysmal internet connection thwarts comprehensive searching.

But maybe a meter like this does not exist

I'd hate to waste 500 hours confirming it.

Thank You In Advance

Why a resst? What are you trying to do?

you want to track amp hrs
and you need more than 150 amp capability
i guess your best option is the 500a above
i put the 200a version in the Safari, so i could read the amps used my the big MW off inverter

but its not a quick one button reset
it counts amps in and out, tracks SOC

Most people want to see volts and amps too. Anything accurate enough would likely have more than just AH.

Here is one (of many). Don't know what button is for reset, you'll figure it out: DROK 100A w/Hall . They have higher and lower amp versions.

Here is another one: It says 500A. Looks like a typical Chibay product, you'll probably find it there for 20 bucks, but I wouldn't comment on 500A claim.
  • Good Day!
    This should do the trick,
    https://www.amazon.com/bayite-6-5-100V-Display-Multimeter-Voltmeter/dp/B013PKYILS/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1519514192&sr=8-5&keywords=dc+amp+meter
Divide by 12 if you want amp/h.
May I ask why you want amp/h instead of w/h ?

  • Current transducer, hall effect, works on AC or DC

Jeeze eBay links are a mess

There's tons of getting started guides online for Arduino. Mostly learn by example stuff. Lots of examples based on the ACS712 transducer, smaller brother to what's linked above.

Grab a few Chinese Arduino clones with USB on board, makes programming a lot easier.

    Arduino Pro Micro for example
  • CT for DC?

    AC uses kWh

    Need for DC

Is there are good primer for Arduino? I don't need to nor have time to reinvent the wheel.
