rather than a controller with battery voltage sense, I'd rather go with one that i programmable for float, absorb,and bulk voltage limits and times. You can come close to solving the voltage sense needs by getting the controller close to the batteries with a good low resistance run.
Don't have a PWM programable controller to recomend, haven't really looked for any.
Now, if you can find a PWM controller with both features, go for it!!!
