I have found the tire size in ETRTO (European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization) - more or less the European equivalent to the US Tire and Rim Association.
The tire (or is it tyre?) is labeled as a "C" type tire (Commercial in Euro-speak) - and here is where it gets a bit tricky - they are roughly analogous to LT, regular truck, and ST tires.
And, indeed, there is a table that adjusts the max load for the speed.
