ALL LT tires can be used on the RV trailer axles, as long as they conform with the exsisting fitment regulations. . . . snip . . .

But you frequently object to putting an XPS Rib on a 6K axle. According to the "fitment regulations" this is allowed. First you say you are going to upgrade to 17.5 inch tires, then you are going to stick with Towmaster ST. Recently you told me your trailer came with Marathon ST tires rated at 3000 pounds each from the factory, but then in other posts you have told me your axles are rated 67xx pounds. Its like watching a tennis match. Which way are you going to go tommorrow?
Real short version.
My rims are 10 years old. I was concerned about their duribility and considered upgrading them. I had them inspected and assured they are good to go for at least one more set of tires. None of them leak.
My current RV trailer is equipped with 6000# axles and the OE tires were rated at 3000#, as depicted on the certification label. All five of them failed, USA manufactured STs. My axle spacing is 33".
The 6750# axles were mentioned in a hypothetical posting in this thread.
