Simply click on a members profile then click on view posts. Read them. Then familiarize yourself with actual DOT/NHTSA regulations regarding tire replacement by subsequent owners. And the 571 FMVSS requirements for the manufacurers on sizing tires/wheels and axle load and GVWR requirements for a particular trailer. That will give you your answers without hijacking CapriRacers thread.
