Sharing my only data point, my trailer's GVWR is 18,000 lb. The dry weight is 13,200 lb as measured at the brochure. The sticker on the door frame that shows my VIN also shows the actual dry weight as 14,400 lb. The GVWR is unchanged at 18,000 lb, so the options have eaten 1,200 lb of the CCC. This increases the likelihood of guys like me overloading and exceeding the GVWR. I've seen two cases of people carrying Smart cars in their garages...
My significant options include 2nd AC, generator, electric bunks in the garage, electric rear jacks, & oversized 14 cu ft fridge (I know...).
