Where did you find this? I think we you say it is an interesting quote for discussion here, that is huge understatement.
The concept of dual load rating for a tire is not new. Light truck tires have one rating for single use and another for dual use.
So lets get the source of this and get CapriRacer and Tireman9 back in here on this.
