When the OP started this thread he really wanted to set some posting rules that would prevent this thread from wondering around. But, being what it is, a discussion forum, other subjects related to the main topic will arise. Then it becomes like a point of law. A subject arose in the discussion, is it worthy of comment? In other words, the can is open, shall we eat from it?
The thread has taken multiple tangents but has stayed alive. The longer a thread like this stays alive the more we can learn from it’s vast wealth of information. The key is to keep the flames away and stay away from personal attacks.
With the exception of a few confidential publications, everything else found in this thread has at least one valid reference to go to. Learning how to find the answers is right at your finger tips.
