I will replace the ST205/75R15 load range C tires with ST225/75R15 load range C tires. Both sizes get inflated to 50psi. I go from 1820 pounds per tire to 2150 pounds per tire. That is an 18% increase.
In your first post on this subject - page 57 - I noticed you were going to increase tire size and in the process increase load capacity. So, knowing you read a lot of tire information I made the following comment.
“(Don't forget to change the tire placard information to the new tire size and recommended tire pressure.)”
Apparently you took issue with my comment and also admitted you had never seen an auxiliary tire placard. So I posted some references for you to digest as you see fit. Again you took issues with my post and even assumed I was in disagreement with your size and load capacity selections. I still have no idea where the animosity is coming from.
It’s not the first time I’ve been misunderstood in these tire threads and probably wont be the last. But I will say this. I would tell you straight out if - in my opinion - you violated safety. Beating around the bush is not my style.

Perhaps it would help if you were a little more clear. Something like this would be better:
ERS: Good choice on the tire upgrade for your new trailer. Your choice will give you an 18% margin while not exceeding the capacity of your wheels. I recommend you make and install an auxiliary tire placard to indicate the size of tires installed and the proper inflation pressure. Obviously, you don't need this information, however, if unfortunately you should meet an early demise and the trailer is sold in an estate sale, the auxiliary tire placard may be helpful to the next owner. I'm sure in the interests of safety you would want them to have that information. Here is a link with an example of an auxiliary tire placard you can make and install yourself . . .
