Here is a company that works very closely with their customer base. They provide optional OE tires and help find solutions with their OE tires. But, they are still putting OE ST235/80R16E tires rated at 3520# @ 80 psi on 7000# axles. When going back into their historical postings you will find they have always skimped with their OE tires and suffered numerous failures with all OE tire designs. More currently you can find that they already have a poster reporting an early failure with a 17.5” tire.
