Here is what the owner had to say about that.
"We were traveling westbound on I-86 about 35 miles west of Binghamton, NY shortly after noon today traveling at 60 mph with good road conditions, dry weather and temperature showing 82 degrees. My Hawkshead Talon Tire Monitor scans all tires about every 50 seconds displaying both tire PSI and tire temp readings. All trailer tires were within 2 PSI of 128 PSI and all were within 2 degrees of 87 degrees at the time the roadside rear tire blowout without any warning."
You should go over and read the whole post. It's long and explains everything except what may have caused the failure.
