Pictures won't tell you anything about the tires reliability.
They are 225/70 R 15 Continental Vanco 2 rated at 106 MPH at 2470 pounds.

Speed rating.. just crawled around on the ground reading everything on my trailer tire sidewalls (2 Radial Dico brand (Titans Chinese brand) one Radial Carlisle and one bias Load Star) all 225/75-15 and none mention the 65mph limit.
If they have ST on them and say trailer only they are 65MPH tires.
