I, for one, will second the kudos for the overbuilt commercial grade LT tires that will be nameless.
Our 5er, sold in December, was switched from ST tires to LT's. The rig had 6000# axles and the commercial grade tires performed flawlessly for well over 20,000 miles. They showed little sign of wear when we got rid of it. On the contrary, the original ST's failed miserably with less than 6,000 miles.
Anyone out there with 6,000# axles considering the change to commercial grade LT's most likely will have no more tire problems.
My $.02
