I also noticed RFI when I installed my Blue Sky controller around 2006. It would sound like a radio station that did not broadcast anything-like unmodulated carrier every 30kHz(or 35kHz-can't remember) on the dial from 2 to 30MHz. I contacted Blue Sky and the reply I got was that they did not have a fix at that time. I got rid of virtually all RFI from motors(blowers etc.) by installing three ceramic capacitors of 0.1 microfarad, one each from each terminal to case and one across the terminals. What I was going to try and never did yet was to loop each wire entering or exiting the controller thru ferrite donut and install the capacitors as mentioned allready on each terminal. When I will get around to do it I will let you know if it works or not.
