I've seen many vehicles from up north that have rusted/welded the aluminum wheels to the studs and brakes. Always use anti seize or some lube between the two surfaces not just the nuts and wheels. Follow Mfg recomendations is different.
rephrase galvanic action doesn't need stray current. The dissimliar metals and moisture is all that's needed. you know it anyway.
Don't coat the entire hub just the axle end and points where wheel touches and paint on clean surface might work better.
