Rim rusted fast to hub

Lug nuts off, jacked up safely, outside wheel off no problem. Inside wheel stuck fast. Banged on it with a sledge hammer...nothing. soaked it with PB Blaster.

I rigged a tow cable in and out of the rim, hooked it to a come-along hooked to the truck. I have enough pull on it to pull the 8 ton RV sideways a couple of inches.

Running out of ideas. Is heat the next thing to try?
