30A is 30A regardless if Onan is a 5500 or 7500
When you exceed 30 amp draw (1 A/C & Microwave, 2 A/C's, etc.) the 30A breaker Should Trip.
Add up what each is drawing when running.....you're trying to use more than is available.
Your 50A rig has Two 120V hot lines (50A on each.....6000 watts per leg total of 12,000 watts)
The 30A is supplying both legs of the 50A and only has 3600 watts
