I dood a little research afore recommending the .5K pottie
But I need '59 Caddie fins on the case and a wind-tunnel blower inside before the BORG is finished. Not kidding about the fan -40- watts 120vac. Aim it downward and the BORG would become a hovercraft. Those Megawatts ain't gonna overheat those power transistors. I have to deal with the Schottky rectifiers sucking another .25 volt off the scale but I have a 25-amp DC\DC booster ready to whip the wogs up to 80-volts if I need to. Like equalize 5-6-cell batteries in series if I want to.
All of the GDT, MOVs, TVS diodes will be here next week. The 2-pole 6-position 20-amp switch with the rooster beak knob is surplus aerospace. Gold contacts. Wheeeee...this gonna be fun. But the hovercraft fan resides in Florida. I wanna see that needle on that analog meter on its back at the three o'clock position. What? A boondocker buttkicker?
