I don't blame you ... no need to mess around with the sun or a smokey, loud, 2-cycle genny when you can inexpensively charge your batt at 30 amps (or maybe a tad more using a PFC charger) with no sun, no smoke, and practically "no noise".
You don't strike me as a "always gotta have new" kind of person, so you might want to look for a used one of these for a couple hundred bucks or less (you can still find parts for one, too, if it every needs one). Myself and our RV'ing friends each have one of these and use them all the time for simple battery topping up when camping:
