FWIW Mex, DIY will be simpler and cheaper than you're thinking.
Two STRAIGHT wooden beams set on rubber feet or wooden pillars with rubber feet, so that the STRAIGHT wooden beams clear the center peak of the roof while attaching at the sides. Nutsert through the roof, through the rubber, and into the wood. Panels then mount to the wood and everything can be done with Torx or specialized star-drives so that it is tougher to steal your panels than your entire car.
