I'm not exactly sure what your need is. Your OP sounded like you have a problem with conveniently and inexpensively keeping your Group 31 Lifeline AGM battery charged - not anything more.
Hence I recommended the same good old reliable Honda suitcase generator that we use with it's legendary -albeit ancient - reputation.
I guess if you're squatted in one place for permanent living, then a small solar setup is what you need for only one fast charging (AGM) battery ... that's the route I would go, also, in that situation. :)
