Methinks the words cleaning and reaming are veeeerrry similar. If panel manufacturers weren't entranced with the idea of lowering production costs by keeping cell circuitry and series connects at bare minimum AWG, trading voltage for amperage for wattage, a lot of this nonsense would go up in a puff of smoke.
