Are you sure that you're just not seeing dirt or mold? Have you cleaned the roof on a regular basis?
You guessed it, you are wrong:B There are various types of EPDM. The older had a black bottom and white on top. Some have a gray felt bottom and white/offwhite on top. The beige EPDM is the same color top and bottom but is a different EPDM type material. Some are also white on top and bottom but very rare. Doug
