Roof vents need replacing
After 3 years in the Arizona sun, both roof top vents are crumbling. The fans are ok, so is it possible to replace just the plastic vents? Thanks, Jorn

I'd consider also installing vent covers. Not that you need them for rain, but they do protect them from high winds and is one more level of protection from the sun.
