What type of caulk should I use around all vents? Any how to suggestion for application or prep work. ...Thanks

Just got off the roof from inspecting. Saw some small hair line cracks on caulking around the Refrige roof vent. Tall 5th wheel, narrow stairs, heavy ole guy, Not fun!!
