I'd suggest to hire someone to do it. You've already expressed a reticence to working at height or on a ladder and IMO, that is a disqualifier. I operate a small construction company and if a new guy complains about ladders or heights, he's pulled off that duty permanently. Resealing a 5th wheel roof is easy, you could direct someone on how to do it from the ground.
