I was just at a friends place and the had a 20 amp socket. I had one of those puck adapters that allowed the 30 cord to plug in. We have one 15k ac, ran wh on gas ( only option ), fridge on gas, did use a Keurig in the am. Would run mw when ac was not. All went well. However when we went to leave the adapter was warm and somewhat melted. So be careful.
