My LED running lights and one tail light leaked inside the fixture, you could see water inside. They were supposed to be completely sealed shut and waterproof. The tail-light I could crack open and dry out, then re-glued it with epoxy. The running lights I had to replace.
When re-affixing the lights to the trailer I applied the usual polyurethane sealant. dicor-type stuff to the back of the light and screwed it back in place, making sure there was enough sealant to squeeze out all the edges. Then tried to clean up the mess.:)
