It looks like one filter (a carbon block). I'd want more filtering that that.
TechWriter, I don't think you understand the logic of the system. In this diagram the only use of the gray water is to flush the toilet. The only reason the fresh water is plumbed into the 3-way valve at the toilet is for flushing the toilet once you've emptied GW tank.
