You have plenty of room for 3x 39x65 250W panels. Mount them crosswise, sloping down 4 degrees to DS. Raise them as required to clear the vents and skylight. Position them fore and aft between the vent and ladder to minimize very low sun angle shadows.
Serial wiring minimizes wiring with Morningstar MPPT 60 in the closet. It has no fan and heat should not be a problem but you can always crack the closet door. For years we had a simple block and bungee cord to keep the closet door open 6" for the cat litter box. Saw it recently for $475 which puts it just slightly above 3x Ecos (considering wiring) and SO much superior. Remote temp, voltage and if desired remote display for $105.
Consider a vacation road trip to Sun Electronics in Miami where you should be able to pick up the panels for $200 or less. With careful planning you would have a winter vacation and install the panels in Miami.
