RV Steps not retracting
Cannot get the stairs to retract on a 2115 Forest River Solera. Replaced motor and magnets with no success. Any suggestions on a fix for this problem?

I have a few questions:
Have you checked with a meter to see if you are getting voltage to the motor?
Have you greased all moving joints on the stairs to stop any binding while opening or closing the stairs?
Is the motor circuit grounded?
