Looks like a manual transfer switch-- should make/break both hot and neutral. EITHER main shore power cord OR auxiliary/second shore power cord IN-- 2nd A/C or whatever you want on the "OUT" side.
Some wiring involved:
1. Separate out hot and neutral for those things you want to run on that system. Wire to the "OUT" side of the new box.
2. New wires for the hot and neutral from RV main breaker box breaker that went to power that circuit to the new transfer switch. Check instructions, but likely add ground from main breaker box to this auxiliary box. And likely tie to ground for new shore power cord as well.
3. Wire to side of coach or wherever you want to connect the new shore power cord.
Buy new 10 gauge extension cord.
No not a plug and play, but doable.
