I have an Samsung S3 and when the battery is 100% and I unplug it within 10 min it will drop to 45%. Can I get a new battery or do I need to replace the phone?

eBay batteries are risky at best. I've gotten some good ones, and I've also gotten plenty of clunkers.
If I'm going to buy off eBay, I get the 5 battery deals for like $30. Even if they are clunkers, I still have 5 batteries. Add in the plugin battery charger, and you should never have any low battery issues.
