I have an Samsung S3 and when the battery is 100% and I unplug it within 10 min it will drop to 45%. Can I get a new battery or do I need to replace the phone?

If you are going to buy a battery from a phone store, be prepared to pay a LOT more than the online price of $20 you mentioned. Its 15 seconds work to change the battery yourself.
