I have an Samsung S3 and when the battery is 100% and I unplug it within 10 min it will drop to 45%. Can I get a new battery or do I need to replace the phone?

Yes you can replace it - Plenty on E Bay. We bought 2 recently for different Samsung phones. Work fine. Good luck
