Scanguagell trans temp?
Anyone know for sure if a 1997 E 350 6.8 will display the trans temp on the X guage? The literature seems to say maybe, maybe not.

Can't say for sure but it works on my 1998 with the 4.6l and E40D transmission.
The key is what transmission do you have? You probably have the same transmission as mine. As far as I know, all E series and F series used the same transmission 1989 - 1998. It is an electronic shift version of the old C6.
