Scanguagell trans temp?
Anyone know for sure if a 1997 E 350 6.8 will display the trans temp on the X guage? The literature seems to say maybe, maybe not.

Do not think pre 99 pcm's read trans temps. If not your scanguage will not. You could just buy an analog guage and install the sender in the test port on the trans which is plugged right now. That is what I did before installing my Edge CTS monitor only. No tune as I have a custom chip. Good luck.
