Schwintec slide problem

The solution is to always extend then rooms, then level and then retract the jacks and then retract the rooms.

You are correct in the spinning of the motor. I followed schwintec's instructions on replacing everything and it went fine. I put a little longer screw in from the outside but the motor still ends up uncoupling from the shaft. I can build a house from the ground up and am competent at these sort of repairs. I will keep tinkering with it as you are the only person that has responded. In my neck of the woods, I have had bad luck with getting things repaired. One fellow who came out to look at it just shrugged his shoulders and said "good luck. I don't have a clue."

I forgot to mention it with wheel is a 2013 Elite suites with the six point leveling. The motor did come out when I moved the slide out when it was in storage. Thanks for your help and taking time to offer suggestions. I will no long use the slide when the jacks are down.
