Just went out in the shop and checked my bottles. I can use anything from 75-25 to straight nitrogen to O2 to Argon. My regulators all go down to 15 pounds or less actually. I have 2 full tote 20 cubic feet each bottles of Nitrogen in the corner too. 3000 psi full. Not dangerous at all really. ASME Certified tanks, all of them.

Well sure you can use O2 for tech diving. But carrying it around in the back of a truck, where you could get a leaking valve, or worse a broken off valve in a wreck. And filling tires with it is completely different. I never said that the tanks could not carry it. I am a retired chemist BTW. Ask any firefighter what he would think about a 3300 pound O2 tank in the back of a truck wreck with a snapped off valve.
