Yo eltigre5000! Ha I got an old TrailCat 4000 been trying to offload here recently. Vintage sleds are cool!
Regarding your issue, it sucks. And one of the reasons I think warranties are somewhere between a major headache and useless.
However despite your lack of ability to just fix this issue, you still need to advocate for yourself and that starts by not only understanding how your RV works, but actually being invested enough to look at it yourself and not just rely on a 3rd party giving you info to deal with another 3rd party. At this point you need a better understanding how your tv works, based on some of your posts. if you’re unable to do that, there is no other advice to give. at this point you don’t even know if the 3rd party that found the “damage” is trying to scam you much less the other 3rd parties who are denying coverage Have you read those policies?
Short answer is you’re sitting back relying on 100% 2nd hand info while at the same time having little to no knowledge of RVs and are not even putting forth the effort to figure it out.
im sure you paid a lot for the RV. Too much if you bought new in 2023. Then ALOT more for the extended warranty which now won’t cover whatever the purported issue is and feel like all that money spent would yield security. No secret, warranties, add on ones anyway are literally money makers for the providers, designed to just pay out enough that they can stay in business without being sued for breach of contract.
