Sealant, Weatherproof Tape, & Coating; Or Sealant & Coating?

"and hopefully for the lifetime of this camper, or at least for the duration that I own it!"

No one fix will work for the "lifetime of this camper." What is lifetime is regular inspection and maintenance...at least every six months.
