Have you been to a Wal-Mart lately? I think they're proud of their poor customer service.

Hmmm... not in any Wally World that I've been in. Not to say any clerk knows where a given item can be found but when asked, every time, they make a maximum effort to find it. Using their phones and taking you around the store until they find it. Not like Sears/Kmart where, if you find an employee, you'll just get the mechanics shrug if you ask them a question. I suspect Sears went the route of driving all the long time, and expensive employees off, and sort of replaced them with know nothing kids. But minimum wage so all to the good.
