No but their are capitalist vultures out the, lots in the hedge fund business who's aim to to loot companies of their cash and value and drop them after they are ruined. I don't know enough about this situation to say that was the case here.

People forget the Capitalism is the greatest economic invention of mankind and has led to the rapid improvement in the human condition where it takes hold. That and the Rule of Law. These two go hand and hand. That's not to say that Capitalism is flawless, that's hardly the case. But there is nothing to replace it. Look at Venezuela for an alternative.
No... look at the social democracies of northern Europe for the alternative. Capitalism needs to be restrained by the rule of law.
