I fear "Frank Lorenzo II" has just offered on Sears holdings. I nicknamed people like these SHORTPUTS.
Craftsman wrenches and many others are a few blocks short of a bus stop. The wrenches depend on carbon not extended heat treating. Molybdenum is a vital but costly alloy that is present in Sanp On and WiHa (plus other) wrenches. Zero in Sears and Harbor Freight. First clue is the snapping of the ring on a box end wrench.
"Oh me and oh my I can't fix your car today" A vital tool has snapped or rounded off. There are no valid excuses when in business. Sears lost a lot of professional customers not because a tool broke, but it broke just before quitting time a job 99.9% complete. The customer waiting.
