Something like that. He mentioned this is another post. Having access to two free healthcare systems - one in the US and one in Mexico - is not bad though. I read a really good article on Americans who retire in Ecuador. Quito in particular. The health care is excellent, and the cost of housing and other expenses are much less than here. I can't speak for Mex, but he is probably looking at the big picture of overall expenses, and Mexico win's out I presume. The other issue is I would think travel for a man with his condition would not be easy; perhaps out of the question, so for now the Mexican system would be it.
