I haven't shopped in Sears for years....not real reason for it, just doesn't come up on my radar when I'm looking for an item other than a wrench or tool. Now Lowes has pretty well taken over the average home mechanic/handyman tool selection. Have you looked closely at their tool display lately???
But back to Sears...I/we all grew up in a time that Sears had the market cornered. Most anything we needed, Sears was the first thing that came to mind. Today, theres a lot of competition for the same items....Walmart? Home Depot? Lowes? Best Buy? etc. But none of them can replace the memories of the previous years Sears catalog in the out-house. :)
